Dear Mark,
I just wanted to let you know how proud of your staff you should be. Yesterday we received delivery of some more of your beautiful furniture. Wayne has bent over backwards with regard to the furniture design, stain matching, delivering on time, and when the stain matching drawer was forgotten yesterday, without saying anything he sent a very nice and enthusiastic young man to my house to make sure I got it back quickly (which I didn't ask for, or expect, as people are human and sometimes forget things). Wayne could not have been more helpful or friendly at any time, and I have really appreciated the impeccable service he has provided. I tell people about your company not just because of the furniture, and most have never experienced the level of service you provide. I'll be back!
